In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

jjwincom accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed without hidden currency conversion fees applied by jjwincom.

• Bonus offers are valid for the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjwincom Platform. Violation of any of the provisions in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Opening more than one Account on jjwincom, whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, spinning games, or harvesting data.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in jjwincom's systems to obtain an unfair advantage or undeserved credits.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, including in live dealer game formats, to gain an unfair advantage against the house or other participants.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds of illegitimate origin. jjwincom is required by its international gaming licence to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage or matched-betting strategy using jjwincom bonus funds that is designed to guarantee a profit irrespective of game or event outcome.
• Attempting to access other Players' accounts, jjwincom's administrative systems, or any part of the Platform's infrastructure not intended for Player access.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits that have already been wagered. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

jjwincom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 08.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jjwincom's compliance team.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder through the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a law enforcement authority requiring account closure or funds freeze.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method, less any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements. Bonus Balances and wagering-requirement-locked funds are forfeited upon account closure for breach of Terms.

• jjwincom shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• jjwincom does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect Platform availability.
• jjwincom is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, including mobile data interruptions during active game rounds or live betting sessions.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation by jjwincom.

jjwincom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration data (name, CNIC number, email, mobile number, date of birth), transaction data (deposit and withdrawal records in PKR), device and browser data for fraud prevention, and KYC documentation images held in encrypted storage for the duration required by jjwincom's licensing obligations.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution process prescribed under jjwincom's international gaming licence. jjwincom's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account closure for Terms violations are final and binding, subject to the escalation procedure above.
